Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across India.

3. Delivery Timelines

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Other cities/towns: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies to orders below this threshold.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery in real time.

6. Cash on Delivery

[If offering COD:] Cash on Delivery is available on select orders and pincodes. A COD handling fee of ₹[AMOUNT] may apply. Selected COD orders may be verified via WhatsApp or phone call before dispatch.

[If prepaid-only:] At this time, we accept prepaid orders only (UPI, cards, net banking) to ensure the fastest possible processing and delivery.

7. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at fainebox.store@gmail.com or [+91 70344 57092 and we'll resolve it promptly.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund minus original shipping costs.
